On Nov. 25th 2017, our Malaysia customer ordered a flat die feed pellet plant with the production capacity of 2ton/h. It is composed of a feed mixer, feed loader, flat die pellet machine, belt conveyor, pellet stock bin, cooler screen, belt conveyor, pellet packer, electric control cabinet. This pellet plant can realize the whole functions of mixing, transmission, feeding, and pelletizing.
After processing the raw materials into feed pellets, the following equipment can cool them down and pack them into bags.
What’s more, the feed pellet plant equipped with an electric control cabinet that allows you to manage each equipment accordingly.
Besides, this feed pellet plant has other features:
- It adopts broken arch structure for the feed loader.
- The feeding speed of the feeder is adjustable.
- The pellet cooler has a production capacity of 1-2t/h. After cooled, the pellets’ temperature is 3-5℃ higher than the room temperature.
- The pellet machine is flat die pellet machine, can be customized according to your real situation.
After detailed discuss, we learned about our Malaysia customer’s workshop condition and production demands, and worked out a professional lay out drawing. After confirming the details of the specifications repeatedly, we sent our workers to Malaysia to help customer install the complete pellet plant. They are very satisfied with our service and work.
