How to prolong the lifespan of biomass pellet machines
There will be problems in the process of using the biomass pellet machines. Only when we find and solve these problems in time can we effectively guarantee the service life of the equipment and reduce the unnecessary loss. To help customers make better use of biomass pellet machines, we share some precautions against possible problems.
- There are axial or radial cracks in the pellet machines, and the pulverization rate is high and the output is low. The reason of this phenomenon is that the adjustable tempering temperature is not up to the standard, and the maturation degree of the material is poor, so the tempering temperature should be raised and the steam quantity should be increased. It is also possible that the cutter position is far away and obtuse, so that the pellets are short or torn rather than cut off.
- The pellets surface is not very smooth, and the pulverization rate is high, it may be that the ring mode compression is relatively small, and the compression pore should be increased.
- The surface of the pellets is smooth, but the hardness is too high, which may be due to the large compression of the ring mode, so the compression ratio of the ring mode should be reduced.
- When the grain moisture content is on the high side, the production output is on the low side, and the phenomenon of blocking machine often occurs. It may be that the pressure relief valve cannot perform the decompression effect or the trap valve cannot play the role of draining water, and the pressure reducing valve should be adjusted. The steam pressure into the regulator is 0.1-0.4MPa, and the trap can act as a drain. It is also possible to increase the tempering temperature, because the higher the temperature is conducive to the increase of the maturation degree of the material, the water content of the material increases by about 1 when the general temperature rises at 11 ℃.
- The length of pellets is different, the cutting distance should be adjusted or the deflecting and scraping position should be adjusted.
- The tension of the belt should be adjusted when the current deviation of the two motors is large, so as to make the tension as consistent as possible.
Therefore, we should be careful in the use of biomass pellet machines, so that they can extend their life.
