First, take down the feeder hopper, then open the safe lock and remove the upper box of the flat die pellet machines. They are easy to operate, you can do it once. Next, tightening the small fastening bolt with convenient wrench and screwing down the hexagon bolt and checking ring. Later demount the roller with wrench or some other helper because it is a little hard to remove. Next go on to demount the flat position key. Ok, following you should loosen the hexagon nut and demount hexagon bolt. Please be patient, it’s a little bit tired but necessary. Remember to remove all the hexagon nut and bolts. Then fix the hexagon bolts on the two sides of the flat dies to keep balance, then lift up and demount the dies. And release the hexagon bolts and adjust the position of the cutter for several times to control the length of the wood pellets. Last, put the spare rollers on the dry places and covered with anti-rust oil in order to prevent from rusting or some other destroys.
